A graduate of NYU College of Dentistry, Dr. DiCarlo was recognized during his residency at Staten Island University Hospital for his exceptional clinical skills, ultimately being selected as Chief Resident. He specialized in treatment planning, placement, and restoration of advanced esthetic and implant cases. In March 2018, Dr. DiCarlo acquired the Holmdel office, bringing his passion for relationship-based dentistry and a first-class patient experience to the community. Family-oriented and active as a flag football coach for his oldest daughter, Dr. DiCarlo balances his time between work, family, and coaching, embodying the values of compassion, commitment, and community in all his endeavors.

Dr. Santini completed her General Practice residency at Monmouth Medical Center in 1992, and her pursuit of knowledge continues as a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry. She is known for expertise, education, and a commitment to bringing new techniques to the practice, ensuring every patient enjoys thorough, compassionate, and advanced care. Dr. Santini is devoted to her family, married with two children.
